And the theme this week on Buying Your Own Vegan Groceries is “Work with What’ya Got”
For four meals, I am buying a can of sauerkraut, a package of spaghetti, and a small eggplant.
Plus bread and almond milk and canola oil. Maybe some tortilla chips.
The moldy potatoes in the fridge will be used the same way dumpster food is handled. By chopping off the moldy bits and eating it anyway. :)
This will be a mini-series, I think. Well, depending on how the story progresses.
Is this not the beginning of that Catwoman movie with Halle Berry?
