For four meals, I am buying a can of sauerkraut, a package of spaghetti, and a small eggplant.
Plus bread and almond milk and canola oil. Maybe some tortilla chips.
The moldy potatoes in the fridge will be used the same way dumpster food is handled. By chopping off the moldy bits and eating it anyway. :)
